E-OilÉ will be present at the SETAC Europe 36th Annual Meeting, one of the most important gatherings of environmental scientists, toxicologists and researchers in Europe. Held under the theme “Embrace the Outlier: In Science, Regulations and Networks”, this year’s edition takes place in Maastricht and brings together leading experts from across the environmental science community.
A representative from ITENE, one of E-OilÉ’s key partners, will be presenting a poster showcasing the project’s work, sharing our findings and key milestones with an audience of environmental professionals, policymakers and fellow researchers working at the forefront of sustainability science.
SETAC is a natural fit for E-OilÉ. As a project developing biodegradable monodose packaging with rigorous end-of-life testing across marine, freshwater, soil and compost environments, the science we produce is directly relevant to the conversations happening at this meeting from biodegradation assessment to circular economy policy and Safe and Sustainable by Design approaches.
